A deposit of £25.00 for Leisure Packages, and £50.00 for Reeds Nature’s Spa Package Breaks must be paid upon booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable if the room is cancelled less than 30 days before the day of arrival, unless it is cancelled by 12 noon on the day of arrival full room rate will be levied. Rooms that have been confirmed, but the guest does not arrive, full room rate with be levied. If rooms are re-sold, we will waiver all fees. Rooms must be vacated by 11.00am. Rooms are available to check in from 2pm.
